New Beach Road Neighbourhood Watch committee elected
Derrick Watson will chair the Beach Road Neighbourhood Watch for the next year.
THE Beach Road Neighbourhood Watch recently held its annual general meeting at the Amanzimtoti Methodist Church where the new executive committee was elected.

The process was presided over by the Amanzimtoti Community Police Forum’s chairperson, Merlene Matthew.
“We wish to congratulate the newly elected executive committee and express our gratitude for their voluntary service to the Beach Road community. We also congratulate Derrick Watson on his election as chairperson and wish him all the best for the year ahead,” said Matthew.
The other members elected with Watson are:
Christo Visagie – deputy chairperson
Samantha Watson – public relations officer
Kim McCarthy – secretary
Frikkie Khun – patrol leader
André Venter – additional member.
