Renew your business licence before month-end

To remain compliant with eThekwini Municipality's business licence by-laws, renew your licence before the end of the month.

BUSINESSES are required to renew their licences on or before January 31 to continue operations without disruption.

eThekwini Municipality issued a notice that confirmed once the closing date has passed, multidisciplinary compliance operations will be conducted and businesses found to be non-compliant will face legal action.

Renewals are free of charge and can be completed online via the Business Licensing Portal at www.durban.gov.za, or in person at the office where your licence was originally issued.
