Donations boost confidence at Siyathokoza Primary

The heart-warming initiative aimed to uplift and empower learners by easing some of the everyday challenges they face at the Malukazi school.

LEARNERS at Siyathokoza Primary School were all smiles on March 31 when a joint effort by eThekwini Municipality’s Waste Management Directorate, Toyota South Africa, and Unilever brought much-needed support to the school.

The heart-warming initiative aimed to uplift and empower learners by easing some of the everyday challenges they face at the Malukazi school. The Waste Management Directorate donated a range of educational essentials, including water bottles, pencil cases and rulers, along with a selection of cosmetics sponsored by Unilever.

Adding to the excitement, Toyota South Africa handed over 350 pairs of school shoes, ensuring that many learners can now attend classes in comfort and with renewed confidence.
