Amanzimtoti’s artsy talent on exhibition

Totally Art Club members showed off several of their pieces during an art exhibition at Seadoone Mall and hosted a charity raffle.

TOTALLY Art Club’s creative artists showcased their works at a mini art exhibition at Seadoone Mall from April 2-4.

The exhibition celebrated local talent and featured 11 local artists, each displaying eight original artworks of various styles and subject matter. The sheer variety of art offered visitors an engaging and inspiring experience, highlighting the depth of artistic talent in Amanzimtoti.

The club’s Suzette Pretorius happily shared that the exhibition was well-supported, resulting in the sale of 27 paintings. She added that the exhibition created an opportunity for the community to connect with and support local art.

In addition to art sales, a raffle was held in aid of the Jona Vaughan Home, raising R660 to contribute towards the organisation’s important work.

“Totally Art Club would like to thank all the artists, visitors, and supporters who contributed to the success of the event. Their continued enthusiasm helps to grow and strengthen the local art community,” said Pretorius.
