In an all too memorable change for the club, it celebrated Women’s Day with a photograph exhibition showing off 40 beautifully composed pictures taken by members.
Club chairperson Wynand Grobler added there was a raffle for an A3 canvas print of a posing grey-crowned crane, snapped by Tim McClurg, which was won by Candice Liddle.
“We will definitely have such an exhibition in the near feature again. The photographs were of a very high standard as our club has excellent photographers. This is a club where you learn about photography and every member happily shares their knowledge with the next member,” said Grobler.
