Rotary district governor inducts two Amanzimtoti members
During a visit to the Amanzimtoti Rotary Club, the district governor of the region, Dr Melonie Gobel, inducted two members to the club.
AN exciting Amanzimtoti Rotary Club meeting recently took place at Amanzimtoti Country Club and Conservancy, where members had the honour of hosting Rotary district governor of the region, Dr Melonie Gobel, who inducted two new members to the club.

The region is inclusive of KZN, Eastern Cape, Free State, North West province and Lesotho.
President of the club, Riaan Odendaal, said that Gobel addressed the club on various aspects Rotary is concerned with, highlighting Rotary’s worldwide efforts in eradicating polio. She explained that the disease still prevails in only two Central African countries.
Gobel had the pleasure of also inducting two new members to the club, namely Charles Minnaar, a local businessman, and Lorraine Mariott, trainer of carers at Mooi Hawens Residentia.
