EDITOR – First of all Joanne’s Angels would like to wish all our donors and sponsors and the Sun a blessed Christmas and a prosperous new year.
Our Christmas party on Saturday, 7 December was an astounding success.
Despite all the rain, the children had the most amazing time – even the grown-ups had a wonderful time too.
We thank everybody for all their donations towards this event, they have made many children’s hearts very happy. Some of these children received a present for the first time in their lives. A special thank you must go to all my angels – my husband Joe for all his hard work this past year, and also to Irene for the cheque and clothing donated for the party. All we can say is once again thank you for all your love and support this past year. May God bless you all. Joanne’s Angels will be taking a short break in December but we are still willing to pick up furniture and clothing, that we are desperately in need of now.
