St Wins supports call for monkey birth control

A sterilisation programme is needed

EDITOR – Bruce Munro who submitted the anti monkey letter published in the Sun on 15 March headlined ‘Birth control needed for monkeys’ is wholeheartedly supported by myself and many friends in our area of St Winifreds.

The monkeys are overpopulated, but I guess we are in Africa where it is a general trend.

The only thing is monkeys do not get international aid or foods parcels handed out.

Instead they operate in their different zoned areas, taking whatever they think they can to eat, be it flowers, birds, eggs, raiding your little avo tree, taking one bite and throwing it down. Your windows have to be closed or you will be minus your favourite fruit you saved up for, and you may be honoured to have had your table used as a toilet.

Last year it was suggested for the monkey people to ask for aid and to erect a ‘monkey world’, what an amazing tourist attraction that would be. People can then look at their cute faces, take their pictures and love them.

A sterilisation programme is needed, monkeys are in control! Or perhaps out of control?
