Aaron Jordt lands a big,blue skate

BUCCANEERS Fishing Club results for the week ending 13 and 14 September.

Anglers were kept busy with the following catches recorded. A junior, Aaron Jordt landed a blue skate of 21.8 kg winning the inedible category.

Other catches recorded:

• Mike Nosworthy caught a blue-spotted sting ray of 12kg,
• Deon Jordt a grey shark of 6.5 kg and a spinner shark of 4.5 kg.
• Gary Lloyd landed a blue skate of 4.8kg and won the edible category with a bronze bream of 2.3kg.

Well done to Aaron Jordt and to all the other anglers. The next competition is one the weekend of 27 and 28 September.
