Social tennis to be followed by get-together
Prospective league players a poster with the dates of the year’s league fixtures is on the notice board.
THERE will be a social tennis afternoon at Amanzimtoti Tennis Club on Saturday, 20 February, followed by a bring and braai with the past members of Illovo Tennis Club.
The fire will be lit from 4pm.
All are welcome to join in this social get-together. The Tandy Cup Tournament will be played on Saturday, 12 March. The details and a list for members to enter their names should they wish to participate is on the notice board.
For prospective league players, a poster with the dates of the year’s league fixtures is on the notice board. Toti Tennis Club development clinic is happening on Saturday mornings, so those children who are keen to learn the game should be at the club from 9am to 10am. Madi and Gabriel will be there to show them how it’s done. There are some racquets available and players should wear suitable shoes.
