WATCH: Embrace your failure
Failure is not an excuse to give up. Failure is an opportunity to try again.
Don’t give up because you failed. Get up and dust yourself off and say AGAIN! Failure is part of our lives whether we like it or not, and frankly those who have never experienced failure have not lived yet.
As famous actor, Will Smith says in a motivational video; fail early, fail often, fail forward. Meaning that there is no shame in making mistakes, so allow yourself to stumble because the only way you grow is through learning how to cope with it.

You need to overcome it, turn failure into success by trying and trying again.  Without failure we are less motivated to reach for the stars and are comfortable with sticking to the safe and mediocre.
