FRIDAY, 28 JUNE: Members to note there will not be a meeting of the Breakfast Club as it is school holidays.

SATURDAY, 29 JUNE: Sodurba hosts the 2019 Welcoming of the Whales Festival at Foreshore Drive, Bluff from 9am to 4pm. This is a fun event for the whole family with free entry.

SUNDAY, 30 JUNE: Clansthal Conservancy craft market at 111 Pig and Whistle Drive from 9am until 2pm. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing Sunday in a beautiful garden. For more information, call Liz Cunningham on 083-556-8108 or email [email protected].

SUNDAY, 30 JUNE: Amanzimtoti’s partially sighted and blind bowlers are urged to attend the Visually Impaired Bowlers Association’s weekly bowling afternoon at Berea Bowling Club in Durban every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. Blind and partially sighted people who are prepared to join this association can look forward to an afternoon of fun and fellowship playing bowls. FRIDAY, 5 JULY: Probus members to note that the next meeting will be held at the tranquil stunning surroundings at the Umbovango nature reserve at 9.20am for 10am. There will be an interesting speaker. Bring your meat, salads, drinks and eating utensils for the braai after the meeting, Contact the secretary, Cliff Hole on 076-542-5082 for further information.

SATURDAY, 6 JULY: Kingsburgh Lions Club monthly flea market takes place on the first Saturday of each month at St Mary’s Anglican Church hall, Kingsway, Warner Beach from 7.30am to 10.30am. There will be plenty of bargains, second hand items/clothing, books, crafts, plants, mince curry rolls, pancakes, refreshments and cake on sale. To book a stall, contact Eveline on 082-954-7441.
