Big bikers want children’s toys

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – Some may remember the Laidback Bikers Club from an emotional image that circulated the cyber sphere in which the bikers could be seen paying their respects to global icon Nelson Mandela outside his Houghton home as they and the rest of the world mourned his passing.

Many communities know these caring bikers as a movement that hosts successful annual events. Each of the bikers donates a toy for deserving underprivileged youngsters. This year, they partnered with the South’s own Miss Junior Teen South Africa 2013.

A series of other bikers’ toy runs are to be held in other provinces as well.
