Chesanyama roadshow hits Southgate Mall

ORMONDE – Chesanyama, one of the fastest growing brands in South Africa and an official sponsor for Golden Gloves boxing, hosted some of South Africa’s former, current and future boxing champions at Southgate Mall, as part of the Chesanyama road show.
The event, hosted by a legend of the sport, and hall of famer, Brian Mitchel, boasted appearances by unified WBA and IBO Straw Weight Champion Hekkie ‘The Hexecutioner’ Budler, Ryno Liebenbenberg, Kevin Lerena, Flo Simba and many more.
Publisher of African Ring magazine, Jeff Ellis, once again, showed his dedication to the boxing fraternity with a well-organised event, second to none. Patrons crowded around the event area to get a picture and autograph from the champs.
The skipping competition was the show stopper, with a magnificent display of foot and rope work from the boxers. This event was open to anyone who believed they had what it takes to win.
