Successful arrests were achieved by Mondeor SAPS

MONDEOR – Successful arrests were achieved by Mondeor SAPS for the week of May 14 to May 20.

Suspects were arrested for: theft – four, possession of stolen motor vehicle – one, shoplifting – three, drinking in public – four, possession of dagga – two, driving under the influence of alcohol – two, fraud – two and possession of stolen copper cable – one.

Mondeor SAPS also had a 25-year-old man in custody, who was arrested by JMPD in Kibler Park for being in possession of stolen copper cable valued at about R500 000. The case is been investigated by the Mondeor detective branch.

A case of culpable homicide is being investigated by Mondeor detective branch, were a pedestrian was knocked over by a motor vehicle, on May 18, on Main Service Road, Kibler Park. The victim sustained serious injuries and was declared dead on the scene by EMS.
