Postbox smash in Columbine Square
A driver who was under the influence of alcohol, smashed into the postboxes in Columbine Square shopping centre, Suideroord, on Wednesday evening June 3.
SUIDEROORD – The incident occurred at about 19:45 when a Nissan hardbody vehicle, with three males, drove straight into the postboxes.
No one was injured in the incident and the driver was detained for being over the legal limit of alcohol. Mondeor SAPS, JMPD and Mondeor CPF patrollers were on site.
