Smashing beauty competition

A big thank you to all the students who competed, their families for their support and all other guests for supporting the event.

ALBERTON – SA College of Beauty, Hair and Health successfully hosted their annual hair and make-up competition on Tuesday June 15 in Rosettenville.

The competition was held at the Ridge Park Bowls Club and saw students from the college showcase their talents in three categories: Definition of an Era, Chinese Geometric and Cutting and Avante Garde.

Throughout the competition students produced hair and make-up styles that ranged from stylish to outrageous. Guests and students alike were fascinated by the various creations and costumes leaving the judges with a tough time choosing the winners.

“A big thank you to all the sponsors of the event including Hair Dimensions, Icon, Pure Envy (Janet Baillie), Super Max, Theravine; our entertainers, Bad Dog Town and Chelsea Jade and Samantha Southey who kept the audience entertained throughout the evening with her fashion.” said lecturer, Celeste Smith.

The college also wishes to thank all the students who competed, their families for their support, all guests for supporting the event, Melanie Kromer, owner of SA College of Hair, Beauty and Health and Celeste Smith, lecturer at the college and owner of Hair Dimensions.
