Robbers busted
The suspects tried to take a customer's vehicle as a getaway vehicle but the customer stalled them.

THREE armed men were arrested after an attempted business robbery failed at the Caltex Garage in Southdale on Monday night at 21:00.
Two of the suspects pretended to be buying cigarettes but pulled out their firearms and demanded money and cigarettes. The two suspects then demanded the vehicle from a customer who was buying food, wanting to use it to flee the scene, but the customer stalled them as they could not get the car started.
Booysens SAPS arrived on scene and the suspects were found with two firearms in their possession. All the suspects have been charged with business robbery.
