Horizon goes green on Arbor Day

The day was a huge success and the school is now filled with evergreen blossoms to welcome summer.

DURING September in honour of Arbor Day, Horizon High School students and staff planted trees around the school.

The boys had a great time and felt a sense of pride knowing that their class contributed to a piece of the school and to the environment. Each class was asked to contribute towards the trees or to buy their own tree.

The day was a huge success and the school is now filled with evergreen blossoms to welcome summer.
