THE Dolphin Playpen in La Rochelle hosted a hat parade on Friday, September 23, to display their fashionable hats decorated from scratch.
Children ended the day in style by treating their parents and grandparents to coffee and tea with biscuits. to show that they learn a lot through play and their stimulating environment.
The little dolphins had very impressive decorated hats to show off. Some were old and some were new, but they all looked absolutely stunning once little dolphins were done with them.
