A drug-free alternative to relieve back pain
Back pain accounts for a third of all work-related disabilities.

Back pain accounts for a third of all work-related disabilities.
Over 1-billion people world-wide suffer with some form of spinal pain, whether it be lower back pain or neck pain. There are numerous causes; the majority of which are related to our lifestyle, such as poor posture, obesity, sitting/driving for extended periods, lack of exercise, poor nutrition, degenerative spine disease and traumatic injuries.
A chiropractor is a health care professional focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions of the human anatomy. Chiropractic care is hands-on, drug-free and surgery-free where special emphasis is placed on reducing pain and improving general well-being.
Our resident chiropractor, Dr Tanita Seejarim at the Chiropractic Mobility Clinic located in the Aspen Business Park, Mulbarton, is an accredited family and sports chiropractor. After completing her Master Degree of Chiropractic with Distinction, she furthered her studies to become more specialised in the treatment of sports injuries, specialising in running injuries.
Dr Seejarim is passionate about improving general health and functionality, by incorporating lifestyle changes such as posture, nutrition and exercise. Our rates at the Chiropractic Mobility Clinic are competitive, being R450 for initial consultation and R400 for follow ups. There are special rates for children under the age of 12 and pensioners. Most medical aids are accepted.
Going to see your chiropractor regularly is like going to your dentist periodically. Like having to keep your teeth cavity –free, spinal health is also part of a normal healthy lifestyle!
