Order your wheelie bin

If your bin has been stolen, as well as a reference number you will need an affidavit.

IF you have require a new municipal wheelie bin, phone the City of Johannesburg call centre on 011 375 5555, and have your account details ready. You will receive a reference number and then you can contact Mr Billings on 082 496 7255, from Pikitup, or email anthonyb@pikitup.co.za and he will make arrangements to replace your bin within seven days.

If your bin has been stolen, as well as a reference number you will need an affidavit. For broken or damaged bins, get a reference number and follow the same procedure, but you won’t need an affidavit.
