Taxi driver flung from wreckage

The driver was found ejected from the wreckage and trapped under the taxi and truck.

A TAXI driver was found ejected from his vehicle and laying trapped under his taxi and a truck after he crashed into the truck in City Deep on Monday morning, March 10.

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to the collision, in Heidelberg Road, where they found the driver to have sustained critical injuries.

He was treated on the scene and then transported to hospital.
