IN the week of April 26 to May 2, Moffat View SAPS arrested 46 suspects for various crimes: assault common – two, assault GBH – one, drunken driving – 30, malicious damage to property – one, possession of drugs – five, rape – one, reckless and negligent driving – two, shoplifting – two and theft – two.
Social crime project
ON May 5, social crime prevention team, officers from Moffat View SAPS, members from the dog unit and Sector Three patrollers held a school search at Diversity High School. The following items were found on some of the learners: drugs, cigarettes, Rizla papers and dangerous weapons.
