Fun run planned for June 11

Each participant will receive a medal.

THE La Rochelle Seventh-Day Adventist Church wants to notify residents from The Hill, La Rochelle and Linmeyer about road closures on June 11 due to a fun run.

Residents are therefore requested to lodge any complaints/queries with Mr Precious Moyo, at precious@jpec.co.za or on 078 371 4547, not later than May 30. Letters to each household are currently being delivered.

The race is expected to attract 3 000 participants. The organising committee is calling on organisations that may want to sponsor or showcase their products to contact them on 076 166 5062 or 078 371 4547. The race is expected to attract thousands of runners and all logistics are being fine-tuned to make this race a smooth one.

The organising committee is urging all Southerners, runners and those who want to run for fun and for fitness to take part in the race. Each participant will receive a medal.
