Engaging men during Men’s Month
All male residents of Region F are encouraged to utilise these services for their well-being.

SINCE July is Men’s Month, Health Region F and Social Services will conduct a community engagement initiative aimed at addressing health and social ills affecting men in general.
This will be held at Mulbarton, True North Road (in the vicinity of Spar and Shell garage) on July 13.
They have identified this location as fitting to meet with a section of male residents of Region F during the day. Health Region F will offer the following services: health screenings of prostrate glands and the checking of blood pressure, diabetes and hematocrit (HCT) levels.
Social services will not only counsel the community, but provide social services information as well.
Region F has decided to embark on this initiative as part of its commitment to engage with all its communities at places and times which are most suitable to the people.
All male residents of Region F are encouraged to utilise these services.
Health Region F and Social Services will also be happy to hear about other issues of concern to men which they will note and relay to the relevant departments for response.
