Women officers from both Booysens and Moffat View police stations were treated to a lunch at the Booysens Hotel on Wednesday. This formed part of the Employee Health and Wellness Programme by the South African Police Service.

Booysens police spokesperson, Capt Lorrain van Emmerik, said they were all specially treated to positive power talks by inspirational women before their special lunch.

She said the guest speakers were from Old Mutual, Sanlam, POWA (People Opposing Women Abuse) and Love Life.
