MEMBERS from Vispol Policing, WO Emile Grobler and Const Michael Cronje, were patrolling when they noticed three unknown males walking along the street in Booysens area on October 10 at 2.30pm
The members decided to search them and stopped their marked vehicle next to them. During the stop and search, and while searching one of the suspects, Vispol members noticed a firearm hidden in his jacket.
All three suspects were arrested for possession of an unlicensed firearm as none of the suspects could explain why they were in possession of the firearm. The suspects are aged 18, 19 and 20 years.
