Mondeor CPF can be fun too!

Mondeor sector three CPF will host a family fun day.

THE Mondeor sector three community policing forum (CPF) will host a family fun day on October 28 at the Klipriviersberg Recreation Centre on the corner of Peggy Vera Drive and Sunningdale Drive in Kibler Park.

The fun day will kick off at 9am and will end at 6pm. There will be a six a side soccer tournament on the day. Twenty teams will take part in the group stages with a minimum of three games played per team. The prize money will be R6 000 and a prize will be given for the best-looking team. There will also be a golden boot prize and its costs R550 per team of ten players. For bookings on this call 083 279 1593.

SOCCER: There will be a soccer tournament and fun for the whole family.

The fun day will also be accommodating to families. They will welcome stall holders to come and exhibit their goods. It costs R250 for a stall and for bookings call 076 383 9088 or 083 629 4758.

There will also be a bar so you can enjoy a relaxing drink while the children enjoy the many activities like jumping castles, water slides, giant slides and horse rides, live entertainment, music dance shows and hot air balloon rides.

Remember not to miss out on the raffle draw at 4pm where a mini gas spit braai, 90 piece tool set and a fitness watch will be up for grabs.

The purpose of the family fun day is to raise funds for the sector three patrollers to purchase equipment like jackets, torches, two-way radios etc.
