An emotional van der Bank thanked Rewlatch Primary for the wonderful memories.

Du Plessis jokingly said someone asked him on the same morning if he was leaving and he said he “was shocked at the news”.

COMMUNITY: Learners say goodbye to two of their favourite teachers.

Du Plessis dedicated 15 years to Rewlatch Primary, while van der Bank served the school for 37 years.
