Festive treat for seniors

“This year Mrs Davids, who previously worked at Wimpy The Glen, was sadly missed.”

PICK n Pay and Wimpy at The Glen Shopping Centre once again treated the seniors, whom Sue Lubbe and Friends assist throughout the year, to delicious eats and drinks to start their festive season off with a bang!

“This year Mrs Davids, who previously worked at Wimpy The Glen, was sadly missed,” said Sue. “Mrs D, as she was affectionately known, had been ill for a while and passed away suddenly earlier this year. Our thoughts are with her family and her friends, and we can assure you she is always remembered by the seniors and the staff of Wimpy The Glen.”

Sue Lubbe and Friends will be back next year to continue their good works at the old age homes they have been supporting for the past few years.
