
LAST week the CHRONICLE reported on numerous criminal activities that took place in the week.
One of these reported on the Glenvista Community Policing Forum (CPF) Facebook page was a house robbery in Constantia Avenue (behind Mulbarton Hospital) where the suspects stole a TV.
The report read: “Two suspects in a white single cab Toyota broke into a home on Constantia Avenue (behind Mulbarton Hospital) and stole a TV. The domestic worker was extremely traumatised after being confronted by the suspects and is currently being counselled by the CPF Victim Support Unit.”
Mondeor SAPS responded to this incident saying they are investigating a case of house robbery.
“Two suspects entered the house, tied the victim up and took household items. The suspects were driving a white single cab with an unknown registration. Police are appealing to anyone that might have information to assist with the investigation to contact the police emergency number 10111,” said Mondeor SAPS police communications officer, Captain Nokulunga Dube.
