Male suspect arrested for dealing in dagga in the Booysens policing area

About R60 000 of dagga confiscated from dealer.

BOOYSENS SAPS arrested one male suspect for dealing in dagga in the Booysens policing area on April 20.

On the day, the Booysens SAPS members were patrolling Mentz Street when they notice an unknown person standing on the street. The members stopped and searched the said person. While searching him, two of the members asked to search the person’s car. A large amount of dagga was found. The street value of the dagga is estimated to be R60 000.

The management of Booysens SAPS would like to thank Capt Aboobaker Buckus, WO Emile Grobler, Const Michael Cronje and traffic warden Jordan Smith for the arrest.

The suspect was placed under arrest and taken to Booysens SAPS.
