A FIRE began just before lunchtime on Sunday, October 7 at the Rand Water depot and was immediately extinguished.
According to Rand Water, the blaze was not large scale and only affected a few water supply pipelines. Rand Water spokesperson, Justice Mohale, said a team of Rand Water’s forensic investigators were on scene and are investigating the cause of the fire.
