Learners happy with their exam results

Learners happy with their year-end marks.

IT was scenes of jubilation all round when learners from Hoërskool Die Fakkel High School in Turffontein received reports promoting them to the next grade.

This is what learners had to say:

Vaughan Stols: “I am happy to see myself promoted to Grade 11. From the beginning of this year, I told myself that I will work hard and I believe hard work has paid off.”

Neuthoko Thusi: “I can’t wait to show my parents this report. I am proud of myself. I am also happy to see that my friends made it to the next grade as well.”

Thulani Ntuli: “I don’t know what to say. I’m just enjoying the moment and looking forward to better my marks next year.”

Ayanda Ntuli: “Matric class, I am coming. I am feeling happy and excited to see my report. Next year I want to get distinctions in all subjects to better my chances to varsity.”
