What does living a conscious life really mean?
Living a conscious life means you are fully awake and present. It means you are constantly and actively evaluating your activities, decisions and options. You are making deliberate choices based on your values and truth. You keep on actively checking if your truth is still fresh and in touch with reality. It’s about knowing whose truth you are living and if it really is valid at all, that’s very important.
How can you live life more consciously? More importantly: What are the benefits of living a conscious life?
Pause for a few minutes, ask yourself each of the following questions and write the answers down. This will force you to wake up:
1. Where was I 10 years ago (2009)?
2. Where was I five years ago (2014)?
3. Where am I now?
4. Am I growing?
5. Where am I going?
You may be growing, but where are headed? Is it the intended growth?

Now that you’ve honestly answered these questions, you know what to do in 2019, the answers are all in front you. You need to start with the smallest things that will help you build confidence, it’s the only way to build it. The mistake most people make is they want to start with big things without enough confidence. Build confidence first and maintain the momentum as you go along.
Now is the time to switch on because your dreams are calling you to your rightful place, the winner’s place.
