No recruits post at SAPS

BOOYSENS SAPS is appealing to members of the public to not entertain the letter that is making rounds stating that there are available posts in SAPS structures.

It is believed that the letter states that community members should apply at their closest police station. And it goes further to state that it is entry level for new trainees intake 2019 and the closing date is the January 11.

Booysens police communications officer Capt Lorraine van Emmerik, said: “This advertisement is fake. We are currently not taking new recruits. SAPS only advertises via newspaper and the new recruiting drive will only take place mid-year.”
