JRA cautions public of recruitment scam
The JRA cautions members of the public to be aware of this false message and to refrain from further distributing it to others.

The Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) strongly condemns the circulation of false information through a voice message on social platforms claiming the roads agency will receive job applications via a database system stationed in the South of Johannesburg.
JRA does not receive or process job applications outside of its HR processes, which include the advertisement of vacancies on selected newspapers, JRA and City of Johannesburg websites, as well as circulation through its internal communications.
For hand-delivered submissions, a legitimate vacancy advert will include JRA’s head office address: 75 Helen Joseph Street and corner Harrison Street, Johannesburg, or a recruitment email address for the attention of HR’s personnel and contact numbers.
JRA remains committed to fair recruitment processes and does not have alternative systems that place other members of the public at an unfair advantage to others.
The JRA cautions members of the public to be aware of this false message and to refrain from further distributing it to others.
Help them curb misinformation about the JRA by reporting suspicious messages to their office on 011 298 5000.
