Sheldon Terry’s fraud case was postponed again, to August 1, in the Booysens Magistrate’s Court on July 7.
His attorney, Mr Botha requested a postponement to acquire further particulars for the purpose of the trial, for him to finalise the matter.
Further particulars refer to Section 4(2) of the Right of Appearance in Courts Act, 1995 (Act 62 of 1995).
Bail was extended but the rules were not amended.
