Another postponement in Sheldon Terry fraud case

He first appeared in court on December 21 last year and is out on R5 000 bail.

Sheldon Terry’s fraud case was postponed again, to August 1, in the Booysens Magistrate’s Court on July 7.

His attorney, Mr Botha requested a postponement to acquire further particulars for the purpose of the trial, for him to finalise the matter.

Further particulars refer to Section 4(2) of the Right of Appearance in Courts Act, 1995 (Act 62 of 1995).

Bail was extended but the rules were not amended.
