Extending a helping hand to #HelpThyNeighbour

Donations to #HelpThyNeighbour for Mandela Day

Love was spread on Mandela Day to Resthaven through the #HelpThyNeighbour campaign, initiated by Mall of the South.

The annual charity campaign saw gifts, food, toiletries and stationery donated to the community.

The #HelpThyNeighbour team consists of Howden Africa, Mall of the South, Pam Golding Properties Alberton and Johannesburg South and South of Johannesburg Business and Tourism (Sojo) and many more.

Some of the donated items to Resthaven.

They have also partnered with Gold Reef City to make a difference in the lives of the less unfortunate.

Non-perishable groceries, cleaning agents, clothing, toiletries, bath and hand towels, pyjamas for kids, baking ingredients and much more were donated.

A big thank you was also extended to Kiarah Chem, Hustle Media SA, Rocomamas, Sausage Saloon, Spur Restaurant, Quatro Security and Cleaning for the generous donations.

They encouraged the community to continue giving their 67 minutes by donating any of the above-mentioned items to support the community.
