Standard Bank player bags R20m in LOTTO PLUS 1
A Standard Bank player won over R20m in the LOTTO PLUS 1 jackpot, while LOTTO is at an exciting R50m guaranteed jackpot.
A lucky Standard Bank player became the latest multi-millionaire after winning R20 995 899.42 in the LOTTO PLUS 1 jackpot from the May 3 draw number 2330.
As with all banking app jackpot winners, the bank will contact the player and advise them to proceed to their nearest Ithuba office to claim their winnings.
This is where they will also be offered trauma counselling by a psychologist and financial advice by a financial advisor. These services are provided when players claim R50 000 and more in winnings.
“We are excited to have our first LOTTO PLUS 1 multi-millionaire for May. We want to advise the winner to bring their proof of identity and proof of banking details when coming to claim at our Ithuba offices, depending on which province the player is based,” said Ithuba CEO Charmaine Mabuza.
Meanwhile, on May 6, the LOTTO will be at a life-changing R50m guaranteed jackpot and on its 16th rollover.
