The unavailability of Magistrate Habib led to the postponement of the Forest Hill murder case.
The murder accused Kleave van Staden briefly appeared again at Booysens Magistrate’s Court on April 22 and his matter was postponed to May 3.
Van Staden is accused of murdering his wife Jamillah on January 8, 2022, in Forest Hill.
