I would like to thank Leon from Forest Plumbers for assisting me in a time of need, giving back to the community.
I purchased a tap from a very pleasant and very helpful salesman. I went home only to realise the tap was incorrect. I then went back to the plumbing shop and was assisted by the same salesman. He tried to explain that I needed a T-junction and either that or something else unknown to me as I am a female pensioner residing in an old age home.
Leon drew a diagram for me I then understood. He said I must go home and he would send his guys to assist me. Half an hour later Nigel and his team (they are employed by Leon) came and installed the tap at no charge. I did not get Leon’s cell number.
