SOS Protec Sure was our security company for many years and provided us with good service. For some reason in October/November 2016 we changed to another company in our area. We were assured of the best attention and service.
Seven months later, due to the lack of interest and negative attitude, we sent SOS an email requesting a quotation for a new system, installation and monthly repayments. At this point they were not aware of who we were and what our past history with them was. Within an hour, Martin, a representative, called me and set up an appointment to meet with us. He welcomed us back and subsequently discussed our predicament with their technical manager, Leon, and the following blessings were bestowed upon us.
SOS Protec Sure came and installed a new system in our home, educated us with the upgraded technology and worked out a payment plan that is affordable for us.
