You are what you think

When you have self-confidence you do not care what other people think of you because you know who you are.

The moment you stop criticising and comparing yourself to other people, you unleash the power of self. The power of self starts when you see yourself as a deserving, worthy and capable person.

The power of self is when you start seeing yourself as good enough just the way you are. In our society today we see a lot of young people trying all sort of things just to get validation from their peers and this has caused a lot of distress in our country. The problem with our society is that we lack self-confidence and we judge ourselves so harshly that we disqualify ourselves.

In the absence of self-confidence, jealousy and hatred are present and that turns people into animals because they do not see themselves as good enough. They are not happy with who they are and the only way we can solve these ills in our society is to encourage self-confidence. You can never tell someone they are good enough if they don’t believe it. One man once said: “You become what you constantly think.”

So, if you think you are not good enough, you will never be good enough unless you take this journey of self and start changing your mindset because it is all in your mind.

Believing in yourself is the best thing you can ever do for yourself because one of the greatest achievements in life is being yourself in a society that constantly tries to change you. When you have self-confidence you do not care what other people think of you because you know who you are. You do not need any validation from anyone because you are comfortable in your own skin and love yourself the way you are.

You are capable, you are beautiful, you are handsome, you are unique, you are successful, you are talented and you can be your own role model. It is possible. The love that is within you is bigger than the hatred that is seen in you. The future belongs to those who believe in themselves and in their dreams.
