Recently my mom had a relapse at Jafta Village in The Hill and because after a while there was no improvement it was decided she’d have to go to hospital.
The sister on duty called Netcare 911 and when the ambulance arrived, the paramedics were wonderful with her.
Thank you Johan and Marius for being so gentle and kind with my mom, you made her feel so special and cared for on her journey to the Union Hospital.
