Run for Touch of Care

TEAM Tabitha will this year raise funds for the Turffontein non-profit organisation, Touch of Care in their fun run event scheduled for July 22.
The Nedbank Group runs a team challenge annually where staff members form teams and undertake voluntary work to support a charity identified by them. They chose Touch of Care which they have been working hand in hand with to raise funds, secure the much-needed food donations, clothing and study material for them during the course of this year.
Team Tabitha will host a 5.4km Fun Run in Turffontein in aid of Touch of Care as part of the Mandela Day project. They will also help Touch of Care to host similar events in the near future on their own to help them sustain themselves.
Registrations on the day will start at 5.30am. The race will start promptly at 8am until 12noon. The fee for adults is R80 and R60 for u-18 years old.
