THE Lyric at Gold Reef City will once again play host to one of South Africa’s comedy greats. For one night only, South Africa’s much loved stand-up comedian, Eugene Khoza, will take to the stage to bring fans his much anticipated new one-man show – OCD Obviously Can’t Deny on Thursday, December 15.
More collected in his thoughts and even more precise in his comedy, his loyal followers and fans will find a new angle to Eugene’s comedy this time around. However, with his unique insight into life in South Africa, and always funny take on our unique and sometimes complicated blend of local cultures, his show will appeal to comedy fans, both new and old.
“We have over the years been privileged enough to host some of South Africa’s most gifted comedians, many of whom are now performing internationally. We are delighted to have Eugene bring his comedy genius to The Lyric, and always look forward to seeing established comedians deliver a fresh, original approach to stand-up comedy. As the show is for one night only, to avoid disappointment, I would suggest fans purchase tickets well in advance,” said Gareth Kaschula, marketing manager at Gold Reef City.
Doors open at 19:00 for the show which is set to start at 20:00. Tickets are available at Computicket for R160. Visit www.goldreefcity.co.za for more information on this and upcoming Gold Reef City events and promotions.
