PSL team to build-up at refinery fields
ENGEN-sponsored premier soccer league team, Supersport United FC will be at the refinery’s sports complex in Wentworth on Friday, 20 September for an training session open to the public.
Ahead of their match against local rivals, Amazulu FC on Saturday, 21 September, the team will go through their game build-up routine from 5pm on Friday. Autographs will be signed by George Maluleka, Bevan Fransman, Ronwen Williams, Mame Niang and other members of the team and a photo session will be held for Engen staff and members of the community, before the team moves onto the field for training.
“We are honoured to have Supersport United training at our sport complex facility and engage with our excited staff and local supporters. It is important for our organisation to share this special occasion with the community. We invite all to come along and experience the afternoon with us,” said Engen Refinery public affairs manager, Thandeka Cele.
