W/O Ngcobo was found with multiple stab wounds in Atherstone Road, Montclair on 26 November 2012.
His son, Thembuyakhe Siyanda Dlamini and his friend Senzo Ninela, were arrested and charged with his murder. They were released on bail but failed to re-appear at the Durban Magistrate’s Court on 27 May.
